Pinkfresh Studio February 2021| Stamp, Stencil and Die Release Blog Hop

 Happy Monday, Crafty Friends!

The day has finally arrived...the new Pinkfresh Studio February release is here! Have you been swooning over the sneak peeks on Instagram? So much amazing inspiration on how to use these fabulous layering stencils, coordinating dies, and more to create amazing cards for your friends and loved ones. Today, I am sharing the Known and Loved stamp and die set (there is also a coordinating stencil to give the appearance of no-line coloring...AWESOMENESS).

The new Known and Loved wreath is a beautiful addition to the Pinkfresh Studio floral lineup. There is a wonderful selection of projects inspired by previous Pinkfresh Studio wreath stamp/die sets, and I wanted to explore interesting ways to showcase this beautiful addition. Right now, I am enjoying the mix of bold colors paired with black and white. Often, I fall into the habit of using a stamped image whole instead of breaking it apart for a different visual perspective. To create this card, I stamped the wreath image onto Copic friendly paper and used my Copic markers and polychromos to color the image. Before removing the stamp from my MISTI, I made sure to align my black and white image with the image on the inked panel. Next, I cut the wreath to the size I wanted. The extra pieces I would use to fit around the inked panel. I again used my MISTI to align the colored image with the stamp to create the black/white stamped images on the A2 card panel. A heat embossed sentiment, on vellum, from the stamp set and yellow jewels complete this card.
