Pinkfresh Studio's Monthly Challenge is live—Gold Goodness paired with a beautiful spring color palette.
To create this card, I used the new Anemone Magic Washi collection. I am loving the washi collection. What a wonderful way to add beautiful floral bouquets without having to color. I call this a creative win-win. Once I diecut my bouquet, I layered the florals onto a gold splattered oval background. To continue adding dimension, I dry embossed a piece of white cardstock using the Simply Diamonds cutting plate (a great addition to my die collection) and added the completed floral panel to it. I used pattern paper from the Keeping it Real collection to keep the card from being overwhelmed by too much white space. A gold strip connects the pattern paper and watercolored gold splatted paper. A hot foiled sentiment "Best Wishes" completes this card.
I hope you are inspired by this month's challenge and will have an opportunity to play along. As with each challenge, Pinkfresh Studio is offering two lucky creatives a chance to win a $25 gift card to their online store. For more details, visit the Pinkfresh Studio Blog (HERE).
