Taylored Expressions Sneak Peek Day 2: Vintage Christmas

Happy Tuesday Crafty Friends!

Are you in the holiday spirit? Did you enjoy the sneak peek of the October release? Well, prepare to have a merry, vintage Christmas. Today's projects feature Vintage Sled, Winter Greens, Handlettered Christmas 2 and Inside Bracket Stacklets.

To create this card, I used an oldie but goodie, the exclusive Wreath Cutting Plate. I diecut the image from Spearmint and Sugar Cube cardstock. I then inlaid the Spearmint leaves back into the Sugar Cube wreath diecut. The vintage sled was diecut from Toffee cardstock and inked using Toffee dye ink. The wreath embellishments were created using the coordinating Winter Greens die set. The greenery was diecut from Mint Julep and Spearmint cardstock, and the bow is from Fruit Punch cardstock. To add a little color to the Sugar Cube background, I inked the panel with Blue Raspberry and Raspberry Sorbet using the TE Blender Brushes. A sentiment and iridescent snowflakes complete this card.

My second card uses the Inside Bracket Stacklets paired with the Poinsettia and Pine stencil.

To create this card, I started by taking a piece of Blueberry cardstock and applying a layer of DecoFoil Metallix Gel in Champagne Mist using the Poinsettia and Pines stencil. I placed the panel to the side to dry and then started working on the winter bouquet. The flowers are from the Holiday Florals stamp set and paired with the Pine Clippings die set. The gold embossed sentiment is from the new Handlettered Holiday 2 stamp and coordinating die set. The Inside Bracket Stacklets act as a focal point for the bouquet and sentiment.

Thank you for stopping by for day two of TE's Sneak Peek week. For more inspiration, visit the Taylored Expressions Blog (HERE). As with each new release, answer Taylor's Question of the Day for a chance to win a prize from this month's release.

And for my crafty fun...
