I hope you are having an awesome week and had a chance to enjoy some creative time in your craft rooms. My little guy was sick the beginning of this week, so when I did get a chance to craft, it felt mentally and creatively refreshing.
This week at Just A Scrappin', we are all about the hearts...big hearts, little hearts, pink or red. The choice is up to you. However, the theme is to create a card, project or layout using hearts of any size or color. Ah, Valentine's Day is almost here, so think of this challenge as a gentle nudge to get crafty =)
For my card, I used Retro Sketch No. 151. Sometimes it is nice to have a creative frame of reference to get the creative ideas flowing. I used Taylored Expressions' stamp and die combination, Pieces of My Heart, along with patter paper from My Mind's Eye and Crate Paper. I few bits of twine, ephemera and enamel dots and my card was complete.
Thank you for stopping by, my crafty friends. I hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day next week. Don't forget to stop by the Just A Scrappin' blog for more {HEART}felt inspiration! You will be glad you did!
Smiles,
K
