Welcome to another weekly challenge at Just A Scrappin'. This week we are getting a little wild with an "Anything Goes" challenge. So what was on my mind when this challenge presented itself? I had a really neat inspirational sentiment stamp from Close to My Heart. I liked the idea of soaring and wanted to design a card around that theme.
