It is Monday and time for a little crafty inspiration to start the week! I am popping in with a fall card. Perfect for the upcoming season. I love fall. I love the changing colors of the leaves, the cooler temperatures and sweater weather.

Today, Taylored Expressions collection of planner stamps and dies are finally available. Wahoo! I love having the opportunity to expand my creativity from cardmaking and pocket scrapbooking to my planner. With my sweet boys starting school this week, I decided to create a school-centered,weekly layout using a few new goodies and some old favorites.

I love having the opportunity to expand my creativity from cardmaking and pocket scrapbooking to my planner. With my sweet boys starting school this week, I decided to create a school-centered,weekly layout using a few new goodies and some old favorites.
The wonderful thing about creating planner layouts is that you can let your imagination run free to create with your favorite dies, stamps, washi tape, stickers. and more. I enjoy using the Little Bits dies. The dies are the prefect planner size and work well in the monthly spread, too! The new planner stamps are made of quality photopolymer and accept ink nicely, even the TE Block Alpha Blocks stamped smoothly and without any splotchiness.

And to make things worse, I NEVER have any masculine cards in my stash. Enter the Diagonal Stripes Cutting Plate. Really, the possibilities are endless with this cutting plate, and for me, I knew it was screaming, "Birthday Card! Birthday Card!" Okay, not really, but when inspiration hits it can often feel like a scream. Right?

Wow! It feels like forever since we last shared our love of paper crafting together. Taylored Expressions enjoyed a little summer respite during the month of July, but we are back and ready to craft the remaining summer months away with you! Yeah!

Today, I am sharing with you a Halloween card using the Critters in Costume (stamp and dies) and the Haunted Cutting Plate. Can you believe I wrote, Halloween? Well it is right around the corner, and now we as crafters can be ahead of the game. =)
