I am happy to see you back for day 2 of Sneak Peek week! I hope you were inspired by the Creative Team. Today, I am sharing two cards featuring the Block Party Popsicle and S'more Than A Feeling.
To create my sweet treat card, I stamped several ice cream trucks onto a Sugar Cube cardstock panel using Earl Grey ink and second generation stamping for a lighter grey color. Once this was done, I die cut the Block Party-Popsicle image onto the panel. Using coordinating dies, I die cut a rainbow of frozen treats and glued them onto the die cut panel. A birthday would not be complete without colorful balloons and the Little Bits-Balloons and Little Bits-Celebration Confetti makes creating balloons a snap. A heat-embossed sentiment complete this card.
My second card features the S'more Than A Feeling die set paired with the Ooey Gooey stamp and die combination.
I love the bold, fiery background for this card created by using Cherry Pop, Candy Corn and Potato Chip inks. The Tall & Skinny Alpha dies provides a bold opening, REALLY, for the the sentiment from the Ooey Gooey stamp set. The campfire scene adds to the humorous nature of this quirky card.
Thank you for stopping by today. However, the fun is not over. Visit the Taylored Expressions Blog (HERE), for a chance to win prizes from the June release by answering Taylor's Question of the Day.
