Happy Friday Unity Fans,
Wahoo! We made it to Friday! Time to have fun with my crafty friends and share this week's Unity creation. I have had this particular Unity stamp for over a year, without getting it nice and inky. Not cool. Today, I decided to show the stamp By A Thread a little love.

Happy Friday Unity Fans,
I am dropping in this morning to share a card I made using Unity's Out of This World stamp. With Valentine's Day quickly approaching (we are already halfway through January), I thought I better get a jump on my Valentine's Day card stash.

Happy Saturday Fellow Crafters and Scrappers,
A dear friend celebrated her 60th birthday this week and in honor of that special day, I wanted to make a card for her. Thanks to Tenia from Jazzy Paper Designs, I came across another fabulous sketch challenge blog, ShowCASe Your Style. I used sketch No. 4 to design my card along with another fabulous Unity stamp.

Happy Friday Fellow Unity Stamp Co. Friends,
Today, I am sharing a card I created using Unity's Naked Snow Peep, Mike stamp. I have had this cute, little stamp in my Unity stamp collection for awhile, so it was nice to pull it out of my stash to create a Christmas card for my parents. I used Deconstructed Sketch No. 181 for my card. I love a great sketch that incorporates multiple layers.

Happy Thursday fellow Crafters and Scrappers,
Welcome to the last Just A Scrappin' Challenge for 2014! I hope we have inspired you to create awesome cards, projects and layouts this year. We look forward to seeing you next year, so don't forget to stop by the beginning of January. This week's challenge is to create a card, layout or project using the colors black, silver and white.
I chose to keep my card very clean and simple. I know, a first for me. However, with the holidays quickly approaching, sometimes it is nice to keep it SIMPLE.

Hello Crafty Friends,
Welcome to another wonderful challenge at Just A Scrappin'. This week, we are mad for markers! That's right, go ahead and break out your Copic, Spectrum Noir, and/or Distress Markers. It does not matter what markers you are using, just as long as your are coloring. What we do hope you do, is get into your craft room and create something beautiful and practice a coloring technique or two.
I am new to the coloring scene. However, I am slowly amassing a collection of Copic markers. I will write, the learning curve can feel pretty steep at times, but there are many wonderful tutorials and books available for one's edification. I created this card using a stamp from my ever-growing Unity Stamp collection. This little lovely has been patiently waiting for its debut, and well today is the day.

Good Morning Fellow Crafters and Scrappers,
This week we are celebrating service members in honor of Memorial Day. We honor the men and women who gave their lives in defense of democracy. Please join us in creating a card, project or layout using any colors to celebrate those who defend freedom.
My husband is a service member, and I love creating special cards for him to let him know how much he is missed when we are apart. I came across this stamp "Life if a Journey" from Unity Stamp Co. and just knew it was perfect for us.
Thank you for stopping by, and for more inspiration don't forget to visit the Just A Scrappin' blog.
Smiles,
Keia
I am also entering this card in Unity's weekly Friends With Flair challenge.

Hello Fellow Scrappers and Crafters,
I can across a fantastic blog hop this weekend, which inspired me to create this shaker card (only the second I have created). Pretty Pink Posh is hosting their first blog hop (open to the public) and the theme is to create a shaker card using any colors. I hope you will hop over and check out some of the great shaker cards created by fellow crafters.

Wahoo! Happy Friday!
I made it through another busy week and now it is time to relax and play along with Unity's Friends With Flair. Teacher Appreciation week is quickly approaching (first week in May), and I purchased this cute stamp set to show my children's teachers how much my husband and I appreciate all they do.

Happy Thursday Fellow Crafters and Scrappers!
Welcome to another fabulous challenge from the Just A Scrappin' design team. This week we are challenging you to try a little vintage crafting using any colors or theme. If vintage is your normal craft mode, then jump right on in. However, if trying the vintage design style is out of the norm for you, then think of this as a wonderful opportunity to learn a new style or try out a new technique.
If you know me, vintage is not my style. I have to try really hard to make something work that comes so naturally for others. I usually gravitate toward clean lines and symmetrical designs. However, I used this challenge as a chance to try new techniques and products. I recently acquired several stencils and thought I would use them for this challenge. This is my card; however, I would like to write I almost threw the card base into the trash. Like I wrote before, vintage throws me off my game. I am hoping with a little more practice I can get the hang of it. I hope you step outside your comfort zone and try something new, too. We can do it together.
