One more day until Taylored Expressions June release! You have made it this far. What are you thinking? Are the crafty stamps and dies speaking to you? Or, are you crushing on the water-themed stamps and dies? Well today, I am introducing the Wildflower Background stamp perfect for watercolors, colored pencil, Copic markers are wherever your creative soul leads you.
To create this card, I inked and stamped the Striped Background stamp onto an A2 Sugar Cube panel using Oreo ink. Next, I inked and stamped the Wildflower Background onto TE watercolor paper. I like to set my stamped image aside to dry for a moment. This is because I usually have to stamp the image several times to achieve a clean impression on the lightly textured watercolor paper. Once the floral background was dry, I used TE's liquid watercolors in Lollipop, Lemon Meringue, Jelly Donut, Blue Corn and Sweet Basil. A few inky splatters, Copic white ink and a sentiment complete this card.
