Happy Sunday Taylored Expressions Fans,

I am just popping in for a quick post. I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, TURKEY and family. I cannot believe how quickly Thanksgiving is over with. *Sigh*

I have one more lovely card to share with you using November's Taylored Expressions Release. I created this card with my son's teacher in mind (you can never say "Thank You" enough for all the hard work a teacher puts into creating a wonderful learning environment).

Thanksgiving is this Thursday and I am so excited to spend time with family and friends. I am always amazed at how quickly time flies; however, there is always time for crafting. Today, I am showcasing a "Thanks" card  featuring crafting goodies from Taylored Expressions' November release.

Cure for the Monday Blues Challenge No. 34

Happy Thursday fellow Scrappers and Crafters,

I recently came across a lovely, creatively inspirational blog called Fill Your Paper With the Breathings of Your {Heart}. Every Monday, Taheerah, post a weekly inspirational picture to get the creative juices flowing...so truly needed on Mondays. This is my first time playing in a challenge where a picture inspires me to create and I was honestly looking forward to playing along. This week's picture inspiration, Child's Play, is filled with geometric shapes and lovely pastel colors...a true eye catcher.

My card incorporates both the colors and the geometric landscape of the room. And with Christmas only a few week's away, I pushed the creative envelope and created a pastel winter scene instead of using traditional Christmas colors.

JAS Challenge...Celebrating Veterans' Day

Taylored Expressions' November Release

Happy Thursday Taylored Expressions Fans!

The November Release is here! I hope you have enjoyed stopping by the Taylored Expressions blog all this week to view this month's awesome new dies, stamps, embossing folders and other crafting goodies.

This month, I am showcasing In Other Words--Tea, a lovely stamp set that can be used for both birthday celebrations and encouragement. I created this card by embossing the stamped image using VersaMark ink and Zing black embossing powder and then quickly heat setting the image. Next, I pulled out a variety of Tim Holtz Distress ink pads to watercolor my image. I love using this technique.
